Ugali – (cabbage mixed with fried eggs)


Ingredients
African maize porridge called ugali in transparent small bowl

2people

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 litre water
  3. Flour
  4. 1/4 cabbage
  5. Tomatoes,
  6. Onions
  7. Carrots
  8. Cooking salad
  9. Salt

Steps

  1. Wash the cabbage and cut it into small pieces
  2. Cut an onion and tomatoes
  3. Put cooking salad into a sufuria to heat,
  4. Add onions to it,and fry until golden brown,add tomatoes and mix then add salt
  5. Add cabbage into the mixture,stir.cover it and cook it for 10 minutes
  6. Put water into a sufuria and let it boil
  7. After boiling.put flour in it and stir as you add flour
  8. Mix the flour thoroughly to cook the ugali for 10 minutes,
  9. Cut an onion and tomatoes
  10. Grate the carrots
  11. Put oil in a pan add onions and tomatoes and fry.Add salt
  12. Add the garated carrots into the mixture
  13. Put the eggs in the mixture and fry them for 5 minutes
  14. Serve the meal and enjoy
