
African maize porridge called ugali in transparent small bowl

- 4 eggs
- 1 litre water
- Flour
- 1/4 cabbage
- Tomatoes,
- Onions
- Carrots
- Cooking salad
- Salt
Steps
- Wash the cabbage and cut it into small pieces
- Cut an onion and tomatoes
- Put cooking salad into a sufuria to heat,
- Add onions to it,and fry until golden brown,add tomatoes and mix then add salt
- Add cabbage into the mixture,stir.cover it and cook it for 10 minutes
- Put water into a sufuria and let it boil
- After boiling.put flour in it and stir as you add flour
- Mix the flour thoroughly to cook the ugali for 10 minutes,
- Cut an onion and tomatoes
- Grate the carrots
- Put oil in a pan add onions and tomatoes and fry.Add salt
- Add the garated carrots into the mixture
- Put the eggs in the mixture and fry them for 5 minutes
- Serve the meal and enjoy
